Accessibility statement for private entities pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 1-bis of Italian Law no. 4 dated January 9, 2004

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons related to non-compliance with Law no. 4 dated January 9, 2004:

  • Criterion: 9.1.1.1 - Some non-text content that is presented to the user does not have a text alternative that serves the equivalent purpose;
  • Criterion: 9.1.3.1 - Some information, structure and relationships have not been programmatically determined or are not available in text;
  • Criterion: 9.1.3.2 - Some types of information are not guaranteed to have a meaningful sequence of content;
  • Criterion: 9.1.4.1 - In some cases, colour is used as the only visual means of conveying information, indicating an action or prompting a response;
  • Criterion: 9.1.4.3 - The visual representation of text and images containing text does not always have the required minimum contrast ratio, with the exceptions provided for in the legislation (e.g. logos);
  • Criterion: 9.1.4.4 - Some text, except for captions and images of text, cannot be resized without assistive technology up to 200 percent without loss of content or functionality;
  • Criterion: 9.1.4.11 - In some visual presentations, the contrast ratio is not at least 3:1 against adjacent colour(s) for user interface components and/or graphical objects and/or parts of graphics required to understand the content;
  • Criterion: 9.1.4.12 - In some content implemented using markup languages that support certain text style properties, loss of content or functionality occurs by setting such style properties;
  • Criterion: 9.1.4.13 - In some cases, where receiving and then removing pointer hover or keyboard focus triggers additional content to become visible and then hidden, there is no mechanism available to dismiss the additional content without moving pointer hover or keyboard focus, the pointer hover cannot be moved over the additional content without the additional content disappearing, or the additional content does not remain visible until the hover or focus trigger is removed, the user dismisses it, or its information is no longer valid, with some exceptions provided by the legislation;
  • Criterion: 9.2.1.1 - Some functionality is not operable through a keyboard interface;
  • Criterion: 9.2.2.2 - In rare cases of moving, blinking, scrolling or auto-updating information that starts automatically, lasts more than five seconds, and is presented in parallel with other content, there are no mechanisms to pause, stop, or hide it;
  • Criterion: 9.2.4.1 - No mechanism is available to bypass blocks of content that are repeated on multiple web pages;
  • Criterion: 9.2.4.3 - On some web pages that can be navigated sequentially and the navigation sequences affect meaning or operation, some focusable components do not receive focus in an order that preserves meaning and operability;
  • Criterion: 9.2.4.4 - The purpose of some links cannot be determined from the link text alone or from the link text together with its link context that should be programmatically determined;
  • Criterion: 9.2.4.5 - It is not possible to locate a Web page within a set of Web pages;
  • Criterion: 9.2.4.7 - For some interactive elements, the focus indicator in the keyboard user interface is not visible;
  • Criterion: 9.3.2.3 - Some navigation mechanisms that are repeated on multiple Web pages within a set of Web pages do not occur in the same relative order each time they are repeated, unless a change is initiated by the user;
  • Criterion: 9.3.3.1 - In some cases, if an input error is automatically detected, the item that is in error is not identified and/or the error is not described to the user in text;
  • Criterion: 9.3.3.2 - In some cases, labels or instructions are not provided when content requires user input;
  • Criterion: 9.3.3.3 - If an input error is automatically detected and suggestions for correction are known, some of the suggestions are not provided to the user, except in the cases provided for in the legislation;
  • Criterion: 9.4.1.1 - In content implemented using markup languages, some elements do not have complete start and end tags, some elements are not nested according to their specifications and some elements contain duplicate attributes such that all IDs are not unique, except where the specification allows these features;
  • Criterion: 9.4.1.3 - In some content implemented using markup languages, status messages have not been programmatically determined through role or properties such that they can be presented to the user by assistive technologies without receiving focus;
